Local Visitors’ Taxes
The statutory local visitors’ tax of € 2,45 per person and day is added to the applicable room price subsequent to arrival. (People under 15 years of age are exempt.)

Dogs
Pets: Would you like to spend your holidays here with us accompanied by your four-legged friend? Feel free! Out of consideration for guests with allergies, dogs are permitted in the bar area but not in the wellness area or restaurant. Please notify us in advance. The price for dogs is € 25 per animal/day.
In case something crops up
All bookings/reservations are subject to the general terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry dated 23.09.1981. If, for any reasons, you are unable to take advantage of your booking at our hotel, we will try our best to rent out your room to other guests. Insofar as we are unable to find another tenant, the following cancelation conditions will apply: For cancelations received up to 1 month prior to arrival, we charge 40% of the total price;
Up to 1 week prior to arrival, 70% of the total price
If cancelations are received in the final week prior to arrival, we will be obliged to charge you a cancelation charge in the amount of 90% of the total price
If cancelations are received on arrival day, we will be obliged to charge you the total amount
